WAPA Bill Introduced

WAPA's
Physician Assistant HealthCare Access Act was introduced in the legislature today.
The bill, officially referred to as Assembly Bill 512, will be presented to the Assembly Health Committee next Wednesday, February 8. For a copy of the full bill, and to find the latest on the bill's status, please check the

A special thank you to all legislators that have already offered their support to the bill. The January 25 "PA Day at the Capitol" helped to add bipartisan support in both the Assembly and Senate from from over 16 legislators. A special thank you to Representatives Petryk (R-Eleva) and Ringhand (D-Evansville) for their support, and attendance at the Day at the Capitol.
