Wisconsin PAs encouraged to complete Workforce Survey – Due February 28

There is still time to complete the state PA Workforce Survey. 
 
As of today, more than 45% of Wisconsin PAs have completed the survey.  All PAs are encouraged to complete the workforce questionnaire that accompanies the license renewal.  PAs who have already renewed can go back in and complete the survey anytime before February 28.   To access the survey, you will need your license number and PIN, which you may look up directly from the log-in screen by providing some additional information.  Here is the link to the survey:
 
 
After signing in, a list of options will appear (Print E-Credential, Download E-Credential, etc.).  If you have NOT already completed the survey, the fifth item on the list will be "Take Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development Survey Only".  Simply select that item and proceed.  Please note that the survey link will not appear if you have already completed the survey.
 
You can check directly for positive confirmation that the survey has been completed by going to the license look-up page:
 
 
1) Set the Profession to Physician Assistant (#23).
2) Enter the license number (or the license-holder's name).
3) Click SEARCH.
4) Click the hyperlink on the license-holder's name.
5) The DETAILS page will open.  Click on the link for REQUIREMENTS in the middle of the page.  This opens the list of renewal requirements.
6) If the survey has been completed, SVY will appear in the list of requirements and show the date it was met.
