This December the UW-Madison first year PA students are working through their ENT and dermatology modules and preparing for their full week of finals before winter break. The UW ENT clinic opened their doors to the program by hosting a clinical experience opportunity for the students to learn more about ENT screening and procedures to explore the role of a PA in this area of health care. Some students even had the opportunity to get a look at their vocal cords in action and experienced the patients’ perspective during a laryngoscopy.

The second year PA students are wrapping up their final rotations of the year before a much deserved break to celebrate the holidays with friends and family. They will return to campus the week before holiday break to attend classes that focus on job searching and credentialing. Happy holidays from the UW-Madison PA program!
