Exhibit Fee: $750 This fee provides your company with:
    •    A day and a half of exhibiting.
    •    Skirted table and two chairs.
    •    Roster of attendees distributed at the time of the conference.
    •    Complimentary refreshments during exhibit hours.
    •    Complimentary continental breakfast on Thursday and Friday.
    •    Two representatives allowed per space.
If more than two representatives wish to attend, additional badges must be purchased.

Product Theater Sponsorship

Product Theaters are 45-minute sessions that provide supporters with a high-value live marketing opportunity to reach motivated professionals in a private session held in the same conference center as the WAPA event. These unopposed sessions are scheduled during lunch and dinner times. Product Theaters provide a forum to gather and discuss issues on patient education, specific products and therapeutic areas with company representatives or your designees. Provide information to the audience on a subject of your choice, showcase products, services or new clinical science. WAPA recognizes that Product Theaters will be promotional and may concentrate on a product or drug. These sessions are not approved for CME credit. * Please note: Product theaters need to be open to all registered attendees. No exclusions will be allowed.

Theater Sponsorship includes:
    •    Meeting space for up to 150 attendees
    •    Logistical assistance
    •    Audio-visual equipment (screen, microphone, laser pointer, LCD projector and computer with Power Point)
    •    Food and beverages for up to 150 attendees for lunches and 40 for dinner
    •    Pre and post-conference attendee mailing list
    •    One-time e-blast to all pre-registered attendees announcing your session
    •    Featured website page listing all Product Theater titles and brief descriptions
    •    Listing in all on-site printed materials contingent upon print deadlines
    •    Pre-registration management
