 "Reconnect & Reunite" with your PA classmates and colleagues on Thursday, October 13 to honor Wisconsin's 2016 Wisconsin PA of the Year, and to recognize other deserving individuals with leadership and service scholarship awards. Individual tickets may be purchased for $50. Table Sponsorships are available for $500 and include recognition in promotional materials and at the event, as well as up to eight seats at the awards dinner. The WAPA-Foundation Annual Awards Dinner, held each fall in conjunction with the WAPA Fall Conference and PA Week, serves as the primary fundraising activity of the Foundation. All proceeds going to the Foundation's Scholarship Program, which offers financial support to PA students and practicing PAs w
ho are committed to improving health, education, outreach and furthering the PA profession.

Debra Standridge, President of Wheaton Franciscan, Inc.'s North Market, will serve as the keynote presenter at the 2016 Awards Dinner. Ms. Standridge is a "champion for PAs" and promotes the PA profession as key to how healthcare is delivered, especially with the industry’s focus on population health.

As President of Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare’s North Market since 2008, she has responsibility for its Elmbrook Memorial, St. Joseph, Midwest Spine and Orthopedic Hospital, Wisconsin Heart Hospital, Wauwatosa, and Brown Deer Campuses, as well as Wheaton Franciscan Medical Group in the North Market. Deb is also a member of the Wisconsin Hospital Association Board of Directors and is known for her strong leadership skills.

Under her leadership, Wheaton Franciscan - St. Joseph Campus was recognized twice on the list of
Becker’s Hospital Review “100 Hospitals with Great Women’s Health Programs,” and was highly ranked in Wisconsin on U. S. News & World Report’s 2015-2016 Best Hospitals list. 

Deb has demonstrated an extraordinary ability to engage and empower key stakeholders, whether they are direct-line managers, associates, political leaders, or donors, and has garnered recognition for St. Joseph with a 2015 Milwaukee Business Journal Central City Business Award, the 2015 Wisconsin Hospital Association Advocacy All-Star Award, and Archbishop Jerome Listecki’s “Treasures of the Church” award.
