Autism Awareness Events in Milwaukee

1. Milwaukee Bucks Sensory Friendly Game- 4/2
2. More than Just a Mom 2-day Workshop- 4/5-4/6
During this workshop, you will learn how to reclaim happiness and strength, you will
find peace within yourself, you will learn how to manage the stress of it all, you will
learn how to connect with your child, and so much more.
3. CLMB for Autism (C4A) Fundraising Event- 4/16
Each team will climb for 20 Minutes and compete for their best distance. Meanwhile, we
will have a live DJ, giveaway raffles from vendors such as Lululemon & Rhone, snacks
from vendors such as Mush, coffee from Valentine Co., and much more! Bring your
friends and family as we sweat, scream, and cheer for this wonderful cause!
4. More than Just a Mom 2-day Workshop- 4/19-4/20
During this workshop, you will learn how to reclaim happiness and strength, you will
find peace within yourself, you will learn how to manage the stress of it all, you will
learn how to connect with your child, and so much more
5. Bradley Tech Autism Awareness Walk- 4/22
This community walk is to help support the lives of individuals who live with Autism
Spectrum Disorder! This walk is free, no registration required and open to the
community!
6. Foundation Workshop- 4/22
Working 1:1 with a mentor, students on the autism spectrum explore drawing and create
a poster based on an area of their interest.
7. Betty Brinn Sensory Friendly Day- 4/23
We hope our Sensory-Friendly Sessions will provide opportunities to navigate social
situations, encourage peer-to-peer interaction and develop confidence through play.
Our sessions include open-play and facilitated programming. The Museum may
welcome trusted community partners to attend to provide resources and answer
questions.
