WAPA Regional Chapters serve as local, grassroots subsidiaries of the Wisconsin Academy of Physician Assistants. WAPA's five regional chapters are defined geographically. A regional representatives for each chapter is identified to serve as a liaison to the WAPA Board of Directors.

Regional reps coordinate programming for members in their region, and facilitate communication with WAPA leadership. Regional meetings and events for are organized each year, providing members an opportunity to connect with other PAs in their general area, and to learn about and discuss issues of importance.
